Executive coaching for leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and change.
You don't need more noise.
You need space to think clearly and lead deliberately.

With over 20 years of experience in the federal government, I specialize in guiding leaders through complex challenges. My coaching approach helps clients navigate pressure and change effectively. My tailored coaching programs focus on clarity, effective decision-making, and deliberate leadership under pressure.
I joined the Army in the wake of 9/11 and have dedicated my career to serving others ever since. Over the past two decades, I've led teams, supported individuals and families through change, and helped organizations navigate complex challenges with clarity and purpose.
My background blends leadership, communication, and human development. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the Catholic University of America, a Master's in Communication from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Penn State. I am also a graduate of the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program at American University.
Today, I bring those experiences together through coaching—helping leaders slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with confidence and intention.
When I'm not working, you'll find me cheering on my daughter, exploring the trails of Northern Virginia, or logging miles on my Peloton. My long-term dream is a small farmhouse, a few pygmy goats, and a life that reflects the same balance and purpose I help my clients create.
